You find the route around the system instead of standing in line at it. You work in bursts of intensity that arrive on their own schedule and not on the calendar. You will give enormous effort to a project you believe in and almost none to one you were assigned, and you do not experience that as inconsistency. Your anger runs cold and sudden and it is usually about principle: the rule was unfair, the treatment was beneath someone, the group is lying to itself. It counts as air because what is poured is mind in circulation, not water. Bailey's esoteric astrology gives Aquarius the soul ruler Jupiter and the keynote "Water of life am I, poured forth for thirsty men," and reads Mars as the battlefield of the desire nature. Put together: personal wanting has to become effort spent on the group.
