You never push. You drift toward it and somehow you arrive, and nobody can explain how you got there, including you.

## What it looks like in a life

You do not say no. You go quiet, you get busy, you disappear, and the other person eventually works it out. Your energy runs on tides: some weeks you can work fourteen hours on the thing that has your heart, and some weeks getting out of the chair is the whole task, and the calendar has nothing to do with which week it is. You read the opening before you can explain it, so your timing looks like luck. You take on other people's problems as though they were yours and then wonder why you are exhausted. Anger confuses you. It comes out as tears, or as guilt, or three days late.

## The gift

Your instinct arrives ahead of your reasoning, and when you follow it you move through situations that would have taken someone else force and argument. When something genuinely moves you, effort stops feeling like effort and you give more than anyone knew you had. You fight for people who cannot fight for themselves, and you do it without needing the credit.

## The friction

Avoidance dressed as kindness. You leave rather than object, and people read it as flakiness when it is really a refusal to cause harm. With nothing to serve, the drive has nowhere to go and becomes drifting, or becomes whatever you use to take the edge off. Your boundaries are made of hints. Say the no out loud once and watch how little it breaks.

## The esoteric layer

Mars has no traditional dignity in Pisces. Hellenistic practice reads it as Mars in Jupiter's sign, mutable water, where Venus is exalted and Mercury falls, so feeling outruns analysis by design. Babylon drew two creatures bound together by a cord, pulling opposite ways. Bailey's esoteric astrology calls Mars the battlefield of the desire nature and gives Pisces the soul ruler Pluto, which ends the last claim of the separated self. Mars here is not weak. It is being asked to work for something other than you.
