## The hook

Half the rooms you walk into need you to zoom out. The other half need you to slow down and check the number.

## What it looks like in a life

You swing between precision and scale. There are stretches where you are the one correcting facts, and stretches where you are the one making a claim so large you cannot support it, and both feel like honesty at the time. You attract teachers, mentors, and loud believers, and you end up arguing with them. Belief systems interest you and irritate you in the same motion. You have been told you are too literal and too grandiose by different people in the same year. Long conversations with someone who thinks differently do more for you than any book, which is why you keep seeking them out and keep getting worn down by them.

## The gift

You can hold a fact and a meaning in view at once, which almost nobody does. That makes you an unusually honest teacher: you will not oversell a framework and you will not let a pile of data stand in for a point. When the two ends of this cooperate, you explain large things accurately, and people trust it because you clearly checked.

## The friction

Projection sends the argument outward. You hand the exaggeration to the other person and become the fact-checker, or you hand them the pedantry and become the visionary, and either way you are only running half of yourself. The seesaw eats time. So does the habit of arguing a position you do not actually hold, just because someone else took the other end first.

## The esoteric layer

An opposition is half the circle, harmonic two, read in the esoteric tradition as full moon logic: you see the thing by facing it. The pairs stay in tension until a reconciling third point is found, usually the midpoint between them. Mercury is the sacred messenger who relates the pairs of opposites, and Jupiter is the sacred principle that fuses heart and head. Both of these planets exist to join things. Put across from each other, they make the joining your actual curriculum instead of your instinct.
