Everyone born in your stretch of years has this sign, so the sign by itself says nothing about you. The house does. Aries is the birth of the idea of self, with the keynote "I come forth, and from the plane of mind, I rule." Devotion landing in a self still being born: the ideal arrives before the person who can carry it.
