You fix. You take the problem apart, make the list, handle the details, and people rely on you for it. You measure your worth in tasks completed, so a day with nothing crossed off feels like a day you did wrong. You run your health like a project, or ignore it entirely while managing everyone else's. You criticize yourself in a voice you would never use on a friend. You stay busy through grief. You have never been comfortable with the part of a problem that cannot be solved.
