Bailey's esoteric astrology calls Pluto non-sacred and hands it the destroyer aspect of the first ray, the will that ends what the soul is finished with. Aries carries that same first ray, with Mars as its ordinary ruler and Mercury as its soul-level one. Two first ray forces in one place. That is why the combination reads as pure initiation. It does not reform anything. It clears the ground.
