You text first. You ask people out. You walk up to the stranger while your friends are still deciding whether to. Attraction hits you in the body before you know anything real about the person, and you trust the hit. You like being wanted loudly. You buy the thing standing in the store, no cart, no comparison shopping, and you rarely regret it out loud. Fights with you are fast and hot and finished. When interest drops you feel it as a physical drop, and you start scanning for the exit before you have admitted anything is wrong. Money moves the way you do: all at once, toward the thing in front of you.

## The gift

Nobody has to decode you. You say what you want, in plain words, at the moment you want it, and that honesty makes other people braver around you. You bring heat back into rooms that went polite. When you choose someone, the choosing is an event they remember. Most people spend a decade learning how to want out loud. You started there.

## The friction

The chase is the part you are actually in love with. Once someone is fully yours the signal goes quiet, and you read quiet as death. So you pick a fight, or a new person, to get the pulse back. You mistake intensity for intimacy and then blame the other person for going dull. You spend first and count later, and the statement remembers what you do not.

In the Hellenistic system Venus is in detriment in Aries, because Aries belongs to Mars and sits opposite Libra, one of Venus's own signs. Detriment is not damage. It means the planet is working outside its preferred conditions: love conducted as conquest instead of as balance.
