What it looks like in a life
You finish other people's sentences and you are usually right, which is half the problem. You decide in seconds and defend the decision for hours. The gift
You are the one who cuts through. While everyone circles the issue, you name it, and the naming moves the whole group forward an hour. You can think under pressure, argue a case cold, and make a decision with incomplete information without freezing. Courage in speech is rarer than people admit, and you have it without having to work up to it.
The friction
Speed is not accuracy. You commit to a position in the first three seconds and then spend your intelligence defending it instead of testing it. Sarcasm comes out before you choose it, and you remember the clever line long after you have forgotten the person's face when it hit.
