Capricorn is old and Pluto is not, so nothing traditional exists on this pair. Pluto was found in 1930 and every reading of it is modern or Bailey's. Bailey calls Pluto non-sacred and gives it the destroyer aspect of the first ray. Capricorn carries that same first ray, ruled by Saturn at both the ordinary and the soul level, and she calls it the mountain of initiation, where limitation is the teacher. Two destroyers of form in one place. The structure does not get attacked from outside. It gets taken apart by its own laws.
