You are a reformer with a blueprint. Most people who see that a system is broken can only shout about it. You can name the flaw and draft the replacement, then do the unglamorous work of making the replacement stand. Uranus is a modern planet, discovered in 1781, so the ancient traditions say nothing about it and the deeper reading is Bailey's. Bailey counts Uranus sacred and gives it the seventh ray, ceremonial order and ritual magic, the force that brings spirit into ordered form. Capricorn transmits that same ray in Bailey's tabulation, which makes this a doubled note: change that arrives as law rather than noise. Bailey calls Capricorn the mountain of initiation, ruled by Saturn until the summit. Uranus here says the climb includes a demolition.
