Bailey calls Pluto non-sacred and gives it the destroyer aspect of the first ray, the will that ends what the soul is finished with. Virgo she calls the deepest sign, matter as the mother of the Christ principle, ruled by Mercury and at the soul level by the Moon veiling Vulcan: the body as the workshop. Pluto in that workshop means the purification is not cosmetic. What cannot serve gets taken out.
